I want the remainder of my estate what ever it may be both real estate and personal property, or what ever I may hold as my own after my death to be left to my wife to have and to hold and to control as her own so long as she may live. Fourth, I farther want to specify that the Organ that belonged to our Daughter is to be left to my wife, Lula, to have as her own to do as she pleasues with either while she lives or at her death, fifth. After my Wife Lulas death I want all of property whatsoever it may be either Personal or real estate to be sold and converted into money, and two thirds of whatsoever money there may be to be put in a good responsible bank at the best interest the bank will pay, the interest to be used by the trustees of the Grubridge church to keep the graveyard cleaned off and the fencing repaired, the other One third of the money that is left after my Wifes death to be left to her Brother Floyd Peyton provided that Floyd Peyton stays with his Lula and sees after her and takes care of her.
